Civil service classic pension

Hiya applied back in July to get my civil service pension early. I wanted it to be paid on my 58th birthday which was 30th Dec. I haven't received anything yet so rang the helpline and was told they will escalate my case but that I should have been sent a letter about the breakdown of my pension, which I have not. I got a quote back in Oct but heard nothing since. The website has no information on my pension it only has my name and address. Im just wondering how long this may take as and whether I should just keep ring. Any advice would be great. Many thanks 😊

Did the October quote ask you to make final decisions about how much you wanted to take as a lump sum (and perhaps other questions)? I have been in touch with my pension provider recently and was told that I wouldn't get the final confirmation until they heard from my HR dept that I had given my notice.andreaclaire said:Hiya applied back in July to get my civil service pension early.
