Terms & Conditions – £500 Credit Competition

Eligibility & Redemption
The £500 credit (“Credit”) is awarded to the prize winner of the competition run in association with Marie Claire.
The Credit may be redeemed against accommodation bookings (bedrooms) at The Old Hall Ely, subject to availability.
The Credit may be redeemed against restaurant offerings only when used in conjunction with a stay at the venue.

Validity
The Credit is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
The Credit must be redeemed in full within this validity period. Any unused portion will be forfeited.

Restrictions
The Credit is not a gift voucher and holds no cash value.
The Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person.
The Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or voucher.
The prize winner must be present for the stay in order to redeem the Credit.

Usage Conditions
Redemption is subject to availability of bedrooms and restaurant services at the time of booking.
Advance booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
The Credit must be applied at the time of booking or during the stay; retrospective claims will not be accepted.

General Provisions
The Old Hall Ely reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Credit and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Old Hall Ely accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or expired Credits.
The Credit is provided as part of a promotional competition and may not be resold or exchanged.
