1) The prize comprises a twelve (12) day cruise exploring South America for two (2) people including; 

a)     Outbound indirect economy flights from a London airport to Buenos Aires, Argentina

b)     Return transfers from the airport to the cruise ship port

c)     Twelve (12) day Rhythms of the Brazilian Coastline cruise sailing 17th March 2027 to 28th March 2027 sharing a Verandah Suite 

d)     All breakfasts, lunches and dinners onboard 

e)     Complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks & selected cocktails throughout the day

f)      All tips and gratuities 

g)     Return indirect economy flights from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to London 

2) The prize winner must be 18 years or over.  Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card to check in at the accommodation for security deposit purposes. 

 
3) Cruise will take place 17th March 2027 - 28th March 2027. Winner must be available to travel over these dates. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. 

4) Children are welcome onboard, but it is worth noting that they are not specifically catered to in terms of onboard amenities and facilities, or onshore excursions. A yacht cruise with Scenic is much more suited to adult guests.

5) Booking is subject to availability.  

6) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

 

7) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the cruise or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

8) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

9) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to a pandemic or global emergency and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

10) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. 

11) Scenic welcomes passengers with medical conditions or disabilities and can provide mobility provisions when notified in writing of a person's needs before boarding. However, please be aware that there may be limitations on board and during excursions. Some of the ships do not have elevators, and where there is an elevator on board it may not access all decks. While collapsible wheelchairs are permitted on board under appropriate circumstances, you must be able to climb up and down stairs on coaches, and some excursions may require you to negotiate cobblestones or climb steps.

 

12) All guests will be asked to complete a Health and Fitness form prior to travel. Further details can be found here

 
13) In addition, standard suites and bathrooms have significant thresholds and cabin doors which limit access, meaning they may not be wide enough to allow access to many wheelchairs. Please speak to a member of our team about your requirements prior to booking so that we can offer information on mobility and access.Any additional charges or expenses due to a pandemic or global emergency which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, medical passports (should they become a requirement), medical tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner.  

 
14) Passports, Visas and City and ECO taxes are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner.  Channel 5 or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation. 

15) Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion.  

16) The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

17) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. 

18) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other  travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest. 

19) Cruise and in resort transfers kindly provided by Scenic Cruises.
