Reminds me of the office zombie feltie the Youngest made - figure in a suit & tie, Xed eyes & the top of his head leaching grey stuffing. I borrowed it, pinned it above the printer & the engineer, having heard the multistorey gossip, came & fixed the blasted device that day!

We went to the charity shops in Kemptown village today and they were very nice, especially The Dogs Trust shop. It looks like a proper store as it was so nicely decorated and laid out. I bought a long black and white dress there. I bought a silver clutch bag as I have a party this weekend.

We then went to martlets outlet store where everything was £1 and I bought quite a few things! A black dress, a grey cardigan, a tweed type mini skirt and a black polo neck. It was drizzling so I thought about Autumn.

I was saying to my friend that next time I am bringing a spare bag for that shop as I could have bought far more there. A woman in front of me was carrying out a big heap of clothing in her arms! She got a designer brand top for £1 there. I forget the brand but it was an expensive one.

A Seasalt cotton smocky top, a real silk black Jaeger top, an M & S blue shirt in Lyocell wotever that is 😳, an M & S leather moc croc purse and a pure silk mahoosive scarf measuring 5 x 4 feet! Every single item was £1 each.

@Miró - I could immediately tell from the pics that the blouses were Seasalt and Jaeger. Seasalt not really my style but I would be fighting you for the Jaeger blouse, it screams out professional.

Yesterday I got lucky in one of my favourite chazzers with a lined Wallis blazer that looked a bit like this, for £2:

And in line with my middle aged credentials, I also found a summer blouse in a similart style (although not print) to this one, for £1. Not usually my sleeve length, but bought it intending to pair with a light blazer such as the one I picked up at the same time:

Both are currently enjoying a spin in my washing machine.

Silk floaty skirt from Cancer Research shop…closing down and everything £2 or under. Navy stretchy trousers £1 the Yorkshire Cancer chazza. Moda in Pelle black patent shoes £5 in the other (non closing ) Cancer Research Shop. Then Primark black suede (faux),sligback shoes for £1.95. 😊
