Investing for non-UK grandchild

We have two children and are starting to invest for our first and so far only grandchild, eg paying into her Junior ISA. We will want equally to help our other child and his wife if and when they have children. He (our son) is a UK citizen, his wife is French and they live in Paris. He is no longer a UK tax resident and, while it is uncertain where they will live in future, it is unlikely to be the UK. I would really welcome some advice on how we can best treat them equally.

The reddit thread below may have some useful ideas to consider, in addition to traditional Assurance Vies (similar to the old UK insurance based maximum investment plans).

I asked a similar question last year - there may, or may not!, be anything helpful in it.
