•Prize(s): The prize consists of a 7 nights holiday booking on board a value or Comfort boat from the Le Boat fleet (excluding Royal Mystique, Mystique and Visions), to be used in the UK or Scotland. The total number of passengers who may use the prize and be on board the boat is limited to 6 people (the “Prize”). The boat will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of departure and must be returned by 9:00 a.m. on the final day of the rental, in accordance with Le Boat’s general terms and conditions of sale.

•Included in the Prize are: bed linen and bath towels for each passenger, navigation instruction on the day of departure, technical support, and cruise documents available on board. The Prize covers only the boat rental and does not include: round-trip transport between your home and the boat’s departure and return base, one-way supplements or vehicle transfer, daily meals, beverages, fuel (which vary depending on the type of boat and cruising duration, with an advance payment required at departure), the mandatory (refundable) damage deposit or the Damage Risk Reduction (DRR – non-refundable) plus the damage deposit, any insurance including personal coverage, trip cancellation plans, personal expenses, boat cleaning, services along the waterways such as moorings, pump-outs, or any other fees, and in general, anything not expressly mentioned. It is advised not to book any separate travel arrangements until the Prize reservation has been confirmed. The Prize must be booked less than 8 weeks before departure and used before October 31, 2026. However, it cannot be used on the following dates (inclusive): March 28 – April 11, May 2 – May 9, May 22 – May 30, and July 11 – August 15, 2026.

•The Prize is non-transferable and may not be awarded to any person who is not legally entitled to purchase or use it. No compensation will be granted if the winner is unable to use the Prize as planned. The winner is not permitted to sell, transfer, or auction the Prize to any third party, and no alternative will be offered.
