60+ Oyster Card trouble

Hi peeps....Annoyingly I forgot to provide evidence to Tfl that I still lived in London, so my 60+ Oyster stopped working.   When I went to reapply (yep, you have to start from scratch) , the process had changed slightly.  My Passport details don't align with the little boxes on the verification form as I am a European citizen (but resident in UK for many years) and dont have a UK passport.  Tfl site tells me that I have to "download a verification form". and take it to a post office.  So is the "verification form" the same one that I couldn't complete as my P'Port details didn't align ?   I couldn't find a different form .. Has anyone else successfully negotiated this in similar circumstances to me ?  Many Thanks...

Could you be a little more specific about this non-alignment of details? Passport data fields are pretty much standard across most of the World, what's causing difficulty?

The bigger issue is the excessive increased cost of renewal and replacement of 60 plus cards..... it recently went up 80%
I had to pay for TFL,s faulty systems and so start with a whole new card photos everything .
Nothing is ever TFL,s fault so if you want to be reimbursed your going to have to jump through hoops until you give up ...thats the pathway they use .

What I did was find a local chemist that took photos at less cost than those very expensive supermaket booths then head down the PO

Regarding the op just head down to your local PO with everything needed and they will sort it .
