just got my 563 prints back today about 4 day turn around for £13.60. great del thanks to mse. only problem i had to use IE as firefox would not work. thanks to all. Missus now sorting into abums.

Hmm ordered a quick thousand prints and finished uploading on the 18th. Fuji downloaded them the next day according to their order tracking but then the orders have stayed unprocessed since.

Has anyone else who ordered at the end of the offer received their prints yet? I emailed last week but no reply so I will telephone them tommorow. Hopefully they are just really bogged down by their offer. But if so it would be nice if they did not cover their order pages with proclamations like "order before one pm and get photos sent same day".

Thanks for reply. Well on monday at 9am I telephoned them and they said they would call me back. At around 2pm the order tracking changed to processed and they called up to say they had sent my order via a courier as it was so heavy.

So looking hopeful. Still not sure what happened, seems a bit coincidental they finished the order just after I telephoned them but you never know. Anyway nothing arrived Tuesday but will look out hopefully tomorrow. Will still be great if they arrive.

Whoo. White van arrived at lunchtime today with a big cardboard box containing twelve wallets of photos. They look ok so far. Took 9 working days but I'm happy. Nice to have something to put in an album.
