Please note, I was cross because I thought I was being helpful and a couple of peeps were going on the attack without explaining themselves.Since your post I have searched the forum and found the thread on Littlewoods. I am sorry for those that have suffered, and surprised at the number of members who feel righteous outrage that a huge company like Littlewoods should not be responsible for it's mistakes.

I run a small commercial website that issues vouchers, and they can either be personal and/or dated. If the submitted voucher is not within the given parameters it will not be accepted, simple as that! As a retailer, and very conscious of the reality of customer service rather than lip service, if I make a mistake I pay.

Jan03, not sure what all the question marks are for, not meaning any disrespect, only I do regard myself as a scavenger, and a very advanced one too. Quite a compliment really.
