Hello please do judge me, I have been very ill the last 3 months and am struggling. I have severe heart and lung problems. Anyway I have fallen behind with my bill. Handset and airtime. I’m worried now that they will cut the handset off I need the handset working due to ill health. I’m not fussed abut the SIM card just the phone. Obviously I want to pay but can’t right now.. will they cut the device off,?? Thanks guys

The will usually disconnect the SIM after missing the second payment and handsets get blocked in a similar timeframe, they get blocked via IMEI number so may still work in a limited fashion via WiFi but depending on the handset they can get the manufacturer to block them entirely.

It might be worth getting this moved to the DFW section and posting an SOA.

Do you have any other debts? If you do, it may be better to default on a different one to allow you to pay the mobile bill.
