@maggiem, thankyou for the info about alcohol and dementia, I've just read up about it, very scary.

And motivational.....so today I'm going to declare early 8/TF.

This will be 5 days in a row, I find it easier to have an AF day after a stretch.....does anyone else?

7/10 please - hurray it’s taken a while this year to get to an emoji! It was 6/10 for Friday and 7/10 for tonight. However I’m out tomorrow and will have a drink so must get back to AF on Monday!

Glad the info was useful @Vanlady and yes I do find it easier after a few days on not drinking. There’s a message there somewhere. 😂😂

I am finding it quite hard to resist alcohol this month, due to increased socialising. It is so tempting to join in when everyone else is having a drink!

Hi all, 12 for me today. Just bought some alc' free Leffe - were they not 330ml bottles? They are 250 now. Not so much 'shrinkflation; as evaporation!

11/27 for me today please.

Took a fall yesterday afternoon, tripping over a raised grid - because I wasn't paying attention. Luckily I had jeans on, so the damage to my knees was minimised. One's just a fingernail-sized graze. The other is rather larger. Thankfully my hands didn't graze.

Some bloke drove passed me as I was sitting there getting my breath back. How rude!
