    27/25 for me today please.

    I tried a de-alcoholised wine yesterday —— YUK. Like Ribena with a tablespoon of vinegar added (not that I've tried that, but it would have been cheaper. £11 - my thinking being if it's any good it's worth it.

    Yesterday my SIL posted a picture of a book about the history of Pol Roger, asking if it brought back good memories, which it did. Decades ago, my ex organised a surprise holiday to Epernay for my 40th birthday, with family and friends popping up at the hotel, and we managed to wangle a tour of the Pol Roger estate, which concluded with plenty of the good stuff in crystal glasses, sitting in an extremely grand "salon" which had silk wallpaper.

    What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    TBH I don't know how the "wine" is dealcoholised, but what a waste of wine!

    I’m finishing June on 25/28 please Cathybird.

    Not bad, considering I’m on holiday again. I drank 2 large glasses of wine on Sunday evening, and suffered yesterday, as I shouldn’t really drink much with the medication I take, so that will teach me!

    I’ll attempt 28 alcohol-free days for July, please.
