wanted to be good today but caved due to hospital diagnosis appointment tomorrow morning. I know I need to not make excuses no matter how valid they might appear. either way it's me. and not having a glass of wine or 3 is going to be better for me no matter what the doctors say.

Thanks - yes the appointment went well and while I officially have something that I can barely pronounce basically there's nothing to worry about. Ongoing monitoring with semi annual blood tests. That's fine by me!!!
