Hello everyone, I thought it would be good to pop back here and make myself more accountable.
Things haven’t been great in many aspects of my life and wine has been my go to and it’s not doing me any good.
I start the day full of good vibes but by 4pm the wine witch is calling.

Good to hear from you again on this thread CuppaTea and sorry that things have been tough. All I can really say, from brutal experience, is that alcohol doesn’t help a person when they’re down - just the opposite - but I guess you know that anyway.

13/25 for me today please. One glass of wine on Friday evening with a gorgeous seared tuna and Mexican vegetable/couscous dish pre-Jules Holland which had been planned since Christmas. Jules and friends were fantastic and the place was hopping. He didn't think one intro through when he asked (in Liverpool) were there any Blues fans… he was puzzled when he got half the audience cheering and half booing. Of course he meant musical blues!
