Hello Cathybird, can I rejoin the thread please and will you put me down for 20 AFDs for August. I've not been great with the drinking and I need a fresh start. There's been very few AFDs in the past months and I haven't kept track. Feeling very grateful to know that I can come back here and no one will judge. I actually hate my relationship with drink, I'm not a social drinker, far from it, I'm always very lonely when I drink because I drink by myself (probably to hide from my family and friends how much I drink). Feeling a bit sorry for myself which is stupid because I bring all this on myself.

Welcome back @oceandreamer - there is definitely no judgement on here - I am sure we have all had our struggles for time to time, I know I certainly have.
