    3/10 please for Friday. However I succumbed last night but had just one glass of wine so quite pleased with that. We walked to a pub near hotel we are staying in overnight and had a drink in the pub garden. Better than buying a bottle of wine and drinking in the room. Onwards and upwards I hope.
