I have been a member for several years. I have stopped receiving surveys and cannot log into the new panellist area. I have sent several emails over the last few months with no response whatsoever. I am seriously annoyed as I was nearly up to claiming a reward.
Anyone else had a problem? thank you

I get the page which gives me the option to use the old or the new logins.

The old page with the password still works for me.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Thank you, I've been waiting for the code for weeks if not months. Is anyone getting any surveys now? I haven't had any for months.nanto3girls said:Tallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!0 -
I’m getting a few a week so if you are not getting any, it sounds like they don’t consider you to be a member of The panel anymore? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Tallyhoh, are you able to login via the old link, where you can enter your email address and password? If not and you don't receive anything through 'Forgotten password' if needed, what about writing to them and requesting a change of email address? And ask them to reply to your new one.I stopped receiving surveys from them for a time but they worked fine again when I changed my email address.0
