Pension forecast

I tried getting a pension forecast online. Filled everything in, put passport details then it asked for another form of ID as well, which I don't have. I didn't want to ring so I printed out the form and sent it off on September 12th. Still waiting. Does it normally take so long ?. Thanks

Did you send the form by a tracked method, do you know it was received?1 -

Maybe the easiest thing to do is just make another request? Sounds like the first one may have gone astray.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1

Will do that, thanks.Marcon said:Maybe the easiest thing to do is just make another request? Sounds like the first one may have gone astray.0 -
There's really no point in paying anything extra for tracking on mail to DWP / HMRC etc - it all goes to a great big delivery centre where the contents are scanned and then forwarded electronically to the relevant departments. All you'll see on tracking / receipt is that it's in a sack that has reached the delivery centre.LHW99 said:constantworrier said:
