    Standard threatening letter.
A CCJ  could be issued against you, if the parking company do take it to court and if they then win ( which is by no means guaranteed ) and if you then to fail to pay off within 30 days.
There will absolutely not be a CCJ issued on the 27th of December as this letter is strongly trying to imply.
Others  will be along shortly to offer more specific advice
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    Scaremongering nonsense designed to deceive.

and possibly unlawful due to its content.

do you know whos car park the parking charge relates to? (do not id the driver)
    From the Plain Language Commission:

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"

Sainsbury’s in Hitchin - when we went in to the store, they said the car park was managed by an external parking company and they could not do anything about wavering the original charge/letter, even though we had been in store on the day and had three children <3yrs old with us, on one of the hottest days of the year

    Shockingly misleading letter.

Needs reporting to the CMA who recently announced a major consumer protection drive including against parking firms and their debt recovery liars:

And Stewart Clure was proud to sit next to Will Hurley in front of the DLUHC Select Committee in 2021 and talk utter crap. Hangdog expressions and lies to the effect: "we don't want to issue PCNs" which the MPs didn't even challenge despite the fact this lot only make money from PCNs.

The husband of Mrs Clure (also at DR Plus) never says he worked for UKPC when they were clampers (I hear he did, and apparently changed his name on marriage and left his alleged past as history, for whatever reason).

They are all in the same rotten barrel.

Shockingly bad given they seem to have forgotten about all the steps that need to happen before you would get to a small claims court hearing let alone having a CCJ registered against you.

I'm with CM that this looks deliberately written to mislead and panic recipients into paying and should be reported.

I'll have to see if my next reminder looks anything like that.

Everyone should be making reports to the CMA to make them realise the abuse is sector-wide. Not rants. Just evidence about a particular letter or lie.

Loads of reports - with attached evidence - done in a quiet moment over Xmas will give the CMA something to think about.
