Discount Dragon Issues/Problems

I recently discovered Discount Dragon and after placing my first order was very impressed with their choice, prices and quick dispatch, etc. However, following the receipt of my second order, I seem to have run into issues: I had an item missing and repeated attempts to contact Customer Services seem to have hit a brick wall... has anyone else encountered similar issues?
Most men pursue pleasure with such breathless haste that they hurry past it.

Presumably they'll refund you the 50p or whatever you paid for the missing Washing Up Liquid (or whatever it was), it's unlikely they'll individually post it out. Hopefully you are realistic and pragmatic in your expectations here.Know what you don't3 -
