Hargreaves still on a go slow

Wife has requested a TFLS and had an email this morning stating they are very busy and her application will hopefully be actioned in around 20 working days, which probably means late January.
It’s a good job she didn’t leave it till February/March as that would mean her drawdown account would be virtually empty after the March payment and she very likely wouldn’t have received her April payment if they were still way behind. Not a problem for her as it goes straight into an ISA but problematic for some people I imagine.
I hope they catch up soon otherwise it doesn’t bode well for the future, the trade off for higher fees was always excellent and speedy service.

I expect things will get moving again after the seasonal party onslaught.
In the company I used to work for, nobody started anything after the 1st week of December.A little FIRE lights the cigar0 -
