Waiting for email with forms to enroll a deed poll

Hi, I applied to enrol a deed poll online to change my child's name and paid the fee more than 1 month ago. The website says I'd be emailed the forms, but I still haven't received them. I looked at the UK government website 'Change your name by deed poll' -> 'Change a child’s name'
- the Apply online section + What happens next.
I'm worried I did something wrong or missed out some steps. I called the deed poll office but never got through because the queue is long and due to my work/study schedule, I haven't had 2-3h to wait on the phone. Please can someone advise me on whether this is normal and what I should do. Thank you.

Did you do it via https://change-your-name-by-deed-poll.form.service.justice.gov.uk/journeytype or some other website? Like all governmental services there are third parties that advertise similar looking services but charge more with zero added value.0
