There's nowhere to put estate income in HMRC software because their programmers under licence never coded SA107 "Trusts etc". HMRC provide a long list of commercial programs which include SA107 and can submit your entire SA return using your normal login details. I found TaxCalc (£38 for 2024/25) very impressive recently, others are half that price.

Regrettable as it maybe, the exclusion of the SA 107 is consistent with the fact that the primary Executors/Trustees SA900 return is also unavailable to complete on the Government portal and requires specialist third party software like Taxcalc.probate_slave said:There's nowhere to put estate income in HMRC software because their programmers under licence never coded SA107 "Trusts etc". Justification appears to be that HMRC's online portal only suitable for 'simple' personal returns and the reporting of trust and estate income is considered complex.
For the OPs reference herewith the SA107 in pdf form although it is now too late to submit a paper SA100 -
