4 months into self managed DMP and blanking all communications. Just had a letter delivered to my mother's address which I haven't lived at for 10 years! BPO collections on behalf of la redoute. This has made me so angry. Checked my la redoute account and my address is upto date and I have had no letters from them to my actual address 🤯 This has infuriated me. What would you do now? I wasn't at the stage of wanting to contact them as no default is logged yet but looks like I'm going to have to or should I just return letter as return to sender?

BPO will only have been engaged to collect your arrears, with a view to getting the account back on track, something you don`t want to happen, so no point in talking to them.
