McCloud Renedy appeal

I worked in northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) from 1980 until 2019 when I was medically retired. I received mccloud remedy decision which I am now appealing on the grounds that some of my medical conditions were not taking account off. I have ben informed by DoFNI that they have contacted the Cabinet Office for guidance. Not sure where this leaves me??
