2. The Prize Draw

2.1. The title of the prize draw is “The Big Christmas Competition".

2.2. Entry into the prize draw can be completed through its prize draw form at https://www.sleeper.scot/the-big-christmas-competition 

2.3. Prizes are:

1. Star Prize 1: Return Trip for Two to the West Highlands and Islands
•    A return journey from London to Glasgow onboard the iconic Caledonian Sleeper for 2 people in a Club ensuite room. This includes breakfast, guest lounge access where available and priority Club Car access onboard
•    Overnight stay for 2 people including breakfast with the first night at the Oban Bay Hotel in a Classic Double room and the second night in the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa in a Deluxe Sea View courtesy of Crerar Hotel.
Please note that the Oban Bay Hotel does not offer accessible facilities. If the prize winner require an accessible room an alternative hotel within Oban of a similar standard will be offered.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The prize draw will run from 12.01am GMT on 8th December 2025 to 11.59pm GMT on 17th December 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.

3.2. All prize draw entries must be received by Caledonian Sleeper by no later than 11.59pm GMT on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3. To enter the prize draw fill out the form, providing your Full Name, email address, town and postcode at https://www.sleeper.scot/the-big-christmas-competition

3.4. There is no entry fee for entering the prize draw.

3.5. Caledonian Sleeper will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries not received.

3.6. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. For help with entries, please contact media@caledoniansleeper.scot

3.7. The winner of the prize draw will be selected at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Caledonian Sleeper. The decision of Caledonian Sleeper regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

3.8.  All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or prize alternative available.

4. Eligibility

4.1. The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years or over, except:

4.1.1. Employees of Caledonian Sleeper;

4.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of Caledonian Sleeper, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or 
4.1.3. Members of the immediate families or households of (4.1.1) and (4.1.2) above.

4.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Caledonian Sleeper may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

4.3. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

5. Winner

5.1. The decision of Caledonian Sleeper is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

5.2. Caledonian Sleeper will contact the winner personally by 5pm GMT on 18th December 2025 using the email address provided with the prize draw entry.

5.3. Caledonian Sleeper must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Caledonian Sleeper will make available the winner’s name if requested, by emailing media@caledoniansleeper.scot. If you object to your name being published or made available, please contact Caledonian Sleeper at media@caledoniansleeper.scot  In such circumstances, Caledonian Sleeper must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

5.4. The prize draw winner’s name will be available 28 days after the Closing Date by emailing media@caledoniansleeper.scot

6. Prizes

6.1. Caledonian Sleeper will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize by 19 December 2025, Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.

6.2. 
•    The prizes which include the return journey onboard the Caledonian Sleeper must be booked no later than 1 September 2026 for travel on or before 30 November 2026. Blackout dates for travel include 19th December 2025 – 4th January 2026, 16th – 20th February 2026, 30th March – 19th April 2026, 26th June – 30th August 2026 and 12th – 29th October 2026

6.3. Caledonian Sleeper does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.
