Aegon account registration issue

Hi All,
I've been trying to register to my pension account with Aegon Scottish Equitable so I can make additional contribution or make amendments, but so far its been almost 3 weeks and the verification code that was sent thru my annual letter wasnt accepting and the one recently received about 2 weeks ago doesnt work either.
It say's on the webpage a maintenance has been schedule between specified date but until now there's no luck of registering my account, Im really concern as I read from other thread that there's an issue with IT eversince AEGON updated their system?

Have you tried ringing them: 03456 100 010Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

Yes, I actually spoken to one of the customer adviser today but been told to try again using the last verification code sent thru email.0
