Changes to Greater Anglia/Network rail card application

Has anyone else noticed a change today when using network rail card on Greater Anglia.
Before today 1/3 discount taken off the on peak or off peak fare. From today even if travelling off peak the discount is applied only on the full fare if returning at peak time. Before so long as travelled out off peak saving was applied whatever time of return
On my route from bishops Stortford to Liverpool Street this equates to a rise from £18:40 to £22:75 or 24%
