Council PCNs - I WON!

Hi all,
So I know this forum is just for PRIVATE PARKING FINES, but I just wanted to say that this forum gave me the confidence to also take on the council and I WON!
The procedure is different - actually it is so much easier in terms of what you have to prepare. But because the burden of proof lies on the authority, it was easy for me to win.
Saying that, I did have a strong case of no signage, but the adjudicator didn't even get to see any of my evidence because he fine-tooth combed their evidence first, and the minute something was amiss (they had not given a map of CPZ boundaries), he allowed my appeal.
This is not legal advice but just to show that we can take on the big boys too!

👏 Well done you 🥳 and how thoughtful to take the time to come back on to say the forum gave you confidence to fight your council charge. You know some who ask for advice on here don't come back and post the outcome of their case.
