To enter, you must find the golden letters hidden across our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and email. Once you have found all four, which will spell out a festive word, head to our app, and redeem the word as a code to enter.

🎄 Across the period of 1/12/2025 - 12/12/2025, we’ll be giving out 3 ‘Hug in a box’ hampers.
🎄 In order to enter, find the golden letters that will be posted across our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and via email). Rearrange the letters to make a well know seasonal word. Then head to the CheckoutSmart app or website, make sure you are logged in, and enter the word as a code. You can do this by navigating to ‘account’ (menus on the website) then ‘redeem code’.
🎄 You must have redeemed the correct word as a code between 8/12/25 and by midnight 12/12/2025 to be entered (one entry per account).
🎄You must have a CheckoutSmart account to win, as you will need to access the app or website to enter.
🎄You must be subscribed to our marketing emails so that we can contact the winners.
🎄Maximum of one hamper per CheckoutSmart member.
🎄 The three winners will be contacted about their prize within 30 days of the competition end date (09/01/2026).
🎄 Winners will be given 7 days after being contacted to provide their details and claim their prize.
🎄We reserve the right not to reallocate prizes if a winner doesn't claim their prize.
🎄Details of winners will be posted on our social media within 90 days of the closing date. These will be First name, first letter of last name and town / county eg "John H, Birmingham”.
🎄 Full details of winners available on request for 12 months post the closing date.
