Hi. I had an email from Royal Mail about parcel from The Electric Incentive Co Ltd..
I'm on holiday right now and won't be able to collect it until 16th December. I cannot change the address on tracking. Has anyone had a parcel from this sender? What was it please?

Are you sure the email is legit? I get so many emails regarding deliveries when I full well know that I've not ordered anything from anywhere.
If you don't know the company supposedly sending you something then I would suspect it's a scam. You should be able to rearrange a new delivery date on the royal mail website.I've done that before when a parcel is due to be delivered and I'm not there.0

Thanks guys. The parcel was left by front door. My friend will pick it up for me and I will open it once I'm back from my holiday. The parcel itself is quite big, no idea what's on it!2
