Home Visit Letter from LINK dated 25th November 2025 for Unenforceable Debt

  • Acknowledgement Letter (below) received from LINK this week in response to my Letter telling them the debt is now Statute Barred, and is from 2018 and that I have several letters from them stating the debt is unenforceable, and that I DO NOT want them to VISIT my home.  And yet LINK are referring to whole situation as a [Quote]:  "recent dispute" and will "contact me in the next 4 weeks"

I asked them in my letter for a final confirmation letter stating and confirming that there shall be:  "No further action will be taken,  no more letters, nor phone calls, nor emails, nor texts etc".  Seems like they did not read it.

But they SHALL NOT be knocking on my door in 7 days. So result!

They use standard template letters like anyone else does, see how they respond and report back.

They have paid good money for a load of unenforceable rubbish

No need to feel sorry for them

Next letter from them should either be 'we give up' or 'do you want to settle at 90% discount?'
