3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting at 9:00am on 01/12/2025 and ending 23/12/2025. All online entries must be received by 23/12/2025 14:00pm.

4. How to Enter: The contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online link here: https://www.haystravel.co.uk/12-Hays
The entry must fulfil all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hays Travel Limited. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Hays Travel Limited.

7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of each prize in the contest will be selected in a daily random drawing under the supervision of Hays Travel Limited. The winner of each prize will be selected the day after the prize is announced eg the prize for day 1 (12th December) is an easyjet holidays voucher therefore the winner of this prize will be announced on day 2 (13th December) and so on.  Winners will be notified via email or phone to the email address/phone number they entered the contest with within fourteen (14) days following the winner selection. Hays Travel Limited shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time the winner has been notified then another winner will be drawn taking their place.
