New CS Pension website - are previous ABS no longer available?!

So I set up an account with the new online CS pension portal but it seems that previous ABS (annual benefit statements) are not available. Seems like a bit of an omission. I don't remember being advised to download the old ones before the old website closed.
It also seems to have 'lost' my beneficiary nomination.
It is also painfully slow - hopefully just weight of usage of the new site.

I haven't been able to get onto the website, so you're a step ahead of me!
The payroll/pension person at work told me that they are uploading the ABSs today, so maybe give it a day or two.
Having said that, if you're subject to Macleod only the last couple of year's ones will be uploaded as previous ones didn't account for the different options/rollback. That came up at one of the September pension seminars. I have to say that I don't think comms have been brilliant with the whole transition.3 -
I had to phone them today and they said records are gradually migrating over to the new system. Like you my online account is very sparse.1

I just signed up to see what the fuss was about, very poor performance from the site, very slow registration process. I don't appreciate having to pick a username with Capital Letters and Numerals, but whatever.Finished the sign up process, which involved MFA with email and mobile phone - only to be unable to log in, because my username and password is not recognised.Attempts to reset any of this information suggest my email address is not recognised - pretty impossible for this to be a typo, since I had to respond to a code sent to this address. The actual error message is:Top quality website, absolutely ready for public release. 10/10, would waste 30 minutes again. The email address associated with your Comet accountCould not retrieve no of attempt.I'm a long way from finding out what information hasn't come across!2

What's the web address of the new site please?......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

Think it’s actually the same address, but here’s the link - https://www.civilservicepensionscheme.org.uk/memberhub/2

I've put in a complaint. Because I couldn't sign in, I had to provide a fair bit of personal info again to submit the complaint. Each piece of info on a new page. Each page load taking up to a minute or in some cases even more to load. This is website performance that would have been out of place in 1997. Pretty sure I could tap out the markup for the site in morse code faster than it's being served to me. Usually I would make some allowances for teething troubles, but this site should never have seen the light of day in this state.Either way, I'm now going to stop trying for a while, and worry about it all when the dust settles.1

Disastrous launch. I really wouldn't bother till they have fixed it.0

I managed to sign in last night, took about 20 minutes with no issues.
All the information I can view, is my length of service, no pension dates or amounts or ABS
I logged back in the now to see if my account has updated but just the same length of service, 31 years 1425 days? not sure how they work that out rather than just saying 34 years and change.
I have tried to send a message via contact us page but the page is just hanging, over 10 minutes with no change.Money saving newbie but learning fast:D0 -
A bit worrying for me, since I was planning on starting the retirement process at work for both me and the other half this month, to give them enough notice for May 🙁0
