Aegon could not locate pension contributions more than a year

Our company went through this with Aegon. Once the problem of missing payments was recognised it took around a year to fully resolve. Three missing payments were made adhoc during a 6 month period. There was very little visibility of this unless you frequently checked into the platform. No emails were sent by Aegon. No details about how the missing investing periods were to be compensated for. I still don't know if I have lost out due to the delay in payments.

It seems pretty standard to be kept in the dark when dealing with the workplace pension providers.

Worth confirming if its not obvious , you aren't going to be asking or needing the , for example , 6 months missed of £200 contributions = £1200 paid into the correct, what you need to be getting paid in is the current value had the value been correctly paid at the time whether better or worse. E.g. January 2025 £200 based on prices is £205 now, which is the amount you should see added.
