Social prize draw – WIN A JOULES FESTIVE BUNDLE worth over £10,000 - Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is brought to you by The Harborough Hare Ltd, Company Number 14504304, Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4AT (“Joules”).
The Prize Draw
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw or to win the prize and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.
3. This prize draw will start at 9am on 01.12.25 and end at 11:59am on 12.12.25. By entering this prize draw you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Joules’ sole discretion.
4. To participate in this prize draw, entrants must not be Joules employees, third parties involved in the prize draw, their families, agents or anyone else in any way professionally connected with this prize draw, and must meet the following requirements (the “Eligibility Criteria”):
   1. reside in the United Kingdom;
   2. be at least 18 years of age or older;
   3. have access to the internet; and
   4. have a valid and active email address.
How to Enter
5. Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria (“Entrant”) shall be entitled during the prize draw period to do the following in order to enter the prize draw:
   1. Sign up on the Joules website and opt into marketing: joules.com/competition.
6. The prize draw must be entered into in the Entrant’s own name and using the Entrant’s own email address. The prize draw may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.
7. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that entry will be disqualified.
8. Only entries that have been completed in full will be entered into the prize draw. Joules does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries for any reason whatsoever.
Winner Selection
9. One winner (“Winner”) will be chosen by an online random generator on 12.12.25.
10. By entering, you consent that, if you win, your name, address and email address will be available to Joules for the sole purpose of organising your prize.
The Prize
11. The Prize is all of the following:
    1. Lainston Hotel Stay. Includes one night accommodation for two people in a room of the Winner’s choice, full English breakfast in The Avenue and a four hour cookery class at Season.
    2. 1 x £5,000 Joules Gift Voucher.
    3. Northern Belle Luxury Train Day Trip. Includes brunch and dinner for two.
    4. 1x £1,500 DFS Voucher. The following terms apply: valid for three months from the date of issue and to be used on one order only.
    5. Pelham ‘Tile Diamond’ full set of luggage & ‘Ticking Stripe’ packing cubes (worth £597). Includes the ‘Tile Diamond’ Large Four Wheel Hard Shell Suitcase, ‘Tile Diamond’ Medium Four Wheel Hard Shell Suitcase, ‘Tile Diamond’ Cabin Four Wheel Hard Shell Suitcase and Blue & White Ticking Stripe Packing Cubes.
    6. Rosewood Pet Bundle worth £500. Winner is able to choose items up to the value of £500 from the Rosewood website (subject to availability).
    7. Burghley Horse Trial Tickets. Includes entry to the event for two people on all four days, priority parking, exclusive access to the Members' Enclosure and the Dressage.
    8. 1x Fortnum & Mason ‘Merry Christmas’ Hamper worth £400.
    9. Graham and Brown x Joules paint and wallpaper up to the value of £500.00.
12. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. If the Prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Joules’ control, a prize of equal or greater value will be provided. The Prize is only redeemable by the Winner. It must not be sold on.
Contacting the Winner
13. Joules will make reasonable efforts to notify the Winner of the Prize via email by 12pm on 19.12.25. The Winner must confirm that they accept the Prize within 7 days. If having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the Winner, Joules reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next valid Entrant selected at random. Any reselection will be undertaken in accordance with these T&Cs.
14. Joules will only contact the Winner via email using the email address they used to enter.
15. The Prize will be posted to the Winner’s address within 3 months of the prize draw ending to the address provided by the Winner. Joules does not accept responsibility for any incorrect details provided by the Winner.
16. The surname and county of the Winner will be obtainable for three months from the Closing Date upon receipt of a stamped addressed envelope to the address in paragraph 1. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published, please notify Joules. In such circumstances, Joules must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Limitations of Liability
17. Joules reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the prize draw at any time. Joules’ decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred.
19. Joules, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and however arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
20. In consideration of being awarded the Prize, if you are the Winner, you may be required by Joules to take part in publicity related to the subject of the prize draw, and you now confirm that if you are the Winner, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph (to be provided on request) and statements concerning the prize draw and/or the Prize. You now provide Joules with a right and licence to use the entry on the Joules website, and throughout Joules’ social media channels, and to sublicence the right to do the same to Joules’ wholesalers.

22. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
