Newest posts not being shown at the top, on Advents board

On the Standard Online Competitions board, you have the option near the top of the page to sort the results by "New",  so that the newest posts will always be listed at the top.

But I have realised that on the Advents board, there is no such option, and I've been finding new posts that I hadn't seen dotted around and not being shown at the very top.

I work on a Tablet, so I'm not sure that this is the same for everyone? 

It's annoying, but I have found a workaround if anyone's interested, by adding at the end of the URL:   

          /?sort=new

But I hope this will be fixed when they start making changes to the boards???

I'm not sure that it would be appreciated on the Advents board, as that should be for competition posts only and I don't want to upset anyone.

But here is a full link that should hopefully help you open up the Advents Board sorted with "New" posts at the top...

On my Tablet, it seems to take fraction longer to load at first, but it does work.

I was looking at this yesterday and thinking exactly the same thing.  Glad you have found a work round, thanks so much, it'll save me having to click on all the pages.

No probs.  I kept finding comps further back in the pages and it was driving me bonkers! 
But I don't know why it's not just automatically set to Newest as standard?!
