Anyone received this letter from Barclays?

No mortgage arrears or other products with Barclays so wondering if it’s a generic letter or if a payment has bounced? Many thanks!

I bank and have mortgage with Barclays and to date have received no such letter. 

Yours does seem very much focused on mortgage debt rather than debts in general so not really generic in that sense.

Mortgage is all up to date and no arrears so seems strange! Thank you though

The telephone number seems to be ok, but if you want to contact them always use a known number that you have from your branch.

It's a generic letter, i get various letters from them that cover various topics - most are irrelevant to the products i hold with them.
Other banks and Building Societies do it too.

I wonder if it's some sort of regulatory requirement or internal process they undertake as part of demonstrating KYC. I've had a letter like this from Barclays (and I think HSBC) in the past, despite no issues with any of my accounts with them.
