THE PROMOTER

The promoter of the Trafford Centre Pulse 12 days of Christmas giveaway is Trafford Centre Limited of Trafford Centre, Manchester, M17 8AA.

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION

1. To enter the giveaway, customers must click the link in the email and fill in their details between 1st December 2025 – 12th December 2025.
2. Customers will be required to fill in their full name, email, home postcode and how they travelled to the centre. Data will be held in our CRM system that is managed by a third party Beonic following all necessary GDPR compliance. Entrants are able to enter into the competition without confirming their postcode and providing how they got to the centre.
3. Prizes subject to availability, prizes are non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for a cash equivalent.
4. The winner will be drawn at random and contacted by Trafford Centre to organise collection of the prize from the relevant retailer store Trafford Centre M178AA.

ELIGIBILITY

1. The giveaway is open to UK residents only, the prize must be claimed by an adult aged 18 years or over, save for:

a) employees of the Promoter and agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the challenge or its administration; or
b) members of the households of (a) above.

1. Individuals below the age of 18 cannot participate in the giveaway.
2. By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the giveaway.
3. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the challenge.

4. To claim the prize customers will be required to fill in their details via the link in the email. Data will be held in our CRM system that is managed by a third party Skyfii following all necessary GDPR compliance.

6. The prize is not negotiable, refundable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
   
7. Trafford Centre reserves the right to change the Prizes listed for a suitable alternative if necessary.
   
   LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   
8. As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Competition. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Any personal information provided by you with the challenge entry may be held and used only by the promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the challenge.     GENERAL
    
11. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
    
12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.
    
13. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original prize from being available.
    
14. If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and any related entrant and the eligibility to win the prize will be forfeited.
    
15. The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).
    
16. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
    
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
