Yes, it does and those are stated in the Statement of Particulars. All the usual ones - none that fall into that work period,

No, holidays would be accrued until the end of your employment including notice. What I'm saying is assuming the holiday entitlement is 5 days (I'm taking your calculation) then those days are taken (ie paid days that you dont have to come in) on the last few days of your notice period. Since you didn't have to come in any of your notice period, its as if they gave you 10 days paid holiday ending on the last day of your notice. 

So total gross pay equals 47 days including 5 days holiday = 47 days.

I thought I'd read that you still accrue holidays in the notice period despite the Statement of Particulars sayng, "For the avoidance of doubt, the Payment in Lieu shall not include any element in relation to: ... Any payment  in respect of any holiday entitlement that would have accrued during the period for which the Payment in Lieu is made."

So even if they're not paying the holidays I had accrued do they still owe me for 4 days?
