Electricity Tariffs for Battery owners

Hi everyone,
forgive me if this has been asked before but I haven't been able to find a relevant response.
Do any of the suppliers offer a suitable tariff for Solar and battery users.
I used to be on EonDrive as they accepted Solar users with battery storage, but now they only accept EV owners.
I can see some off peak tariffs at around 21p per kwH but nothing approaching the rates being offered for the EV users ( around 7p per kwH).
This seems a bit unfair for those simply wishing to shift their usage hours as we are all being told to do.
Finding information on the off peak tariffs seems very difficult, almost as if the supply companies don't want them used. ( or am I being cynical?)

Octopus is probably your best bet.

Have a look at the Tim & Kat's Green Walk Youtube channel. It will explain how to use their tariff calculator for your particular import and export pattern. Solar Tariff Optimiser

I am on Octopus cosy from mid October to mid March and then IOF during the summer.  Cosy in Eastern is 2200-2400 0400-0700 1300-1600 @ 14.63p
    1600|1900 @ 44.74p  the rest @ 29.82p export @ 15p

IOF only works for certain batteries, but it seems good for me this year

Octopus Flux or Agile would be your best option if you have enough battery capacity, Flux as per above, Agile moves price every half an hour and can give some great rates if you are prepared to do a bit of work or your battery is smart enough.

If you move to Octopus get a referral link from a friend or family member and you both get £50 credit.

EoN's solar/battery smart flexible offering (Next Smart Saver Fixed 12m v8) at my address is 41p peak (1600-1900), 22 p off peak (0500-1600 /1900-0200) and 16.5p super off peak (0200-0500).

    Their Next Drive Fixed v11 is 30p peak (0600-2400) and 7.5p off-peak (0000-0600).

inc 5% vat and some rounding by me.

Do EoN check one has an EV?
Other than on the Smart EV tariff where one needs a compatible EV model that they control charging slot times for, possibly?
I've not been asked to show them anything.  But they can see that I consume 30-40 kWh in a 6 or 7 hour a couple of times a month.

I think that Octopus is one supplier to consider and get tariff costs for what you have ?

NB I think some suppliers have caught on to the wheeze of selling solar / stored battery to them for 15p after charging the house battery at 7p overnight. Nice while it lasted.
Same as my EV tariff is 6.7p from 0000-0700 until I renew when it'll shoot up and be for fewer hours.

How much are you using? We can cover most if not all of our daily usage if our batteries are fully charged overnight, so we're currently using Economy 7 where in winter the cheap hours are 00.30-07.30.  In Eastern area current Fixed rates are

    Daily standing charge 47.7p /day

    Unit rate (day)31.7p /kWh

    Unit rate (night)13.3p /kWh

Whilst day rates are higher than the standard rate, they are less than Cosy and Agile in the 4-7pm peak, which is about the only time in the day we're likely to slip into some daytime usage if too many appliances are on at the same time.

We've used Agile previously and although we may have saved a little more, managing usage of the cheap time slots was a daily task. E7 is currently less stressful.

    We export at 15p.

Good Enery have an EV tariff but (according to reports on the main Energy forum) you don't need an EV to join it.
    Seems a reasonable option?

I have 15kWh of batteries and was using Tomato Energy to charge them overnight at 5p/kWh. Even though I have 12kW of solar panels, some days I am getting only 2kWh of electricity from them, in November, due to the low sun and all the cloud cover, so I often get 95% of my electricity from the grid at these times.
I agree with the OP, it's almost impossible to find a simple Economy 7 tariff nowadays, and the ones that have been mentioned here are far too expensive.
My current option, since British Gas's offer for Tomato customers is going to be 15p/kWh for overnight electricity, is to move to Utility Warehouse, and then you have to wait two weeks (for no apparent reason, just as I am waiting two weeks for British Gas to decide that they can take half hourly readings from my smart meter) and then switch to Utility Warehouse's cheap overnight rate.
So many of the electricity companies now insist that you provide proof of your EV ownership to use their EV tariff - I don't have an EV, and as I said, normal Economy 7 tariffs are very hard to find. All of the price comparison websites I've tried (uSwitch, GoCompare) don't show any Economy 7 tariffs when I use them.

I'm just looking at the GoodEnergy website, it says
    1. Join Good Energy on an interim tariff (completed)
    2. We'll then check your smart meter is set up correctly
    3. We'll automatically move you onto our EV Charge tariff, usually within 24 hours
That's very impressive - 24 hours, as it should be! And they are by far the cheapest I have seen, 6.6p/kWh.
