How do you download these things? I always buy lots of things of John Lewis but I don't no how to download things. How can I do this on my laptop as I can't figure out how to do anything.

I've tried doing that on the google store & installed it on my Smartphone, but it still doesn't work. I still can't do it on my smartphone. I hate smartphones as they're terrible & I can't do it on my laptop, which is the only ones I use.

I feel your pain - i usually ask a young person for help if I get stuck.

Thanks, but I can't manage on anything as I'm in a lot of pain & can't even manage using my TV, laptop or smartphone as I keep wiping out everything because I get electric shocks in my body as I have multiple rare diseases which the useless rheumatologists & neurologists don't understand about. Since the rheumatologist took me off my 8 tablets of prednisolone I can't even watch on my video recorder so I have to watch on my normal TV or do adfree things which cost a lot more. I can't even use my expensive Kitchenaid as it won't work again & neither will my washer dryer. My GP was supposed to put me back on them last week as he realised I went to A&E in August & confirmed all my problems but he still hasn't sent me them again. Honestly the NHS & the GPs are terrible since blooming covid!

On the app at the bottom you should have an account icon click on that and the Christmas treat ie advent entry appears at the top of the page. You need to be logged onto your account on the app to do this.

If the advent is related to the wish list then I won't be able to do it as I can not see such wish list. Thanks to Moneybot but I can't find it, no matter what or where I click.
