Do I still pay child support after son moved to Poland with his mother?

I haven't seen my son since he was 6mths old.  He is now 16.  His mother decided to move back to Poland. The CSA told me i know longer needed to pay child support, so i stopped.  I then received a court order from Poland saying i was required to still to pay.  Do i pay after my son becomes 18?

The CSA CMS are half right - you don't need to pay child support to them.

You are still legally liable for maintenance as the UK has a REMO arrangement with Poland (moralists will argue you should consider yourself liable regardless).

This means maintenance orders granted in Poland can be enforced in the UK (and vice versa). This also means maintenance obligations are administered according to Polish Law while the child is resident in Poland, not UK.

On your latter point, note your obligation doesn't automatically end when the child turns 18 either - the obligation can only be legally ended by a court order based on an assessment on the child's needs.
