After three months, the transfer appears to have completed today. I seem to have benefitted from some good fortune arising from the delay because the cash sum now in the SIPP roughly matches the peak value of the plan at the end of February, plus the known final bonus from the with-profits part of the plan. That suggests all the equities were sold at their peak. I can't seem to buy new funds with the cash so I presume my original purchase choices from early January are being enacted behind the scenes.
