Need help

I have a breadmaker, hadit for a few years now but haven't used it in a while. Wanted to make some bread this weekend, but I have lost the recipe book that came with it, just wondered if anyone had a recipe for plain white bread to make in a bread maker. The bread machine I have is a Russell Hobbs Breadman Ultimate.

Thankyou

500g strong white flour, about 320ml water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbs sugar (the measuring spoon that comes with machine) 3tbs dried milk powder, splash of oil.

.... editing... my favourite trick... forgetting the yeast 1tsp dried yeast suitable for breadmaker use.

Thankyou for your replies, so quick! Ideally a loaf big enough for one person and to last for a week, I don't eat bread, so its just for hubby.

That manuual looks very similar to the one I lost!

    1 1/2 pound white loaf:
    Basic white bread

    Water
    1 1/8 cups
    Skimmed milk powder 2
    1/2 tbsp
    Sunflower oil 2
    1/2 tbsp
    Sugar
    2 1/4 tbsp
    Salt
    1 1/4 tsp
Strong white bread flour 3 cups
    Fast action yeast 1
    1/4 tsp

I actually only use half a tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of sugar and i use stork marg instead of sunflower oil. Its up to your own taste.
    Hope this works for you.
