countrywide corporate property services

We have manged to get back in our house that was repossessed, the lender used Countrywide corporate property services to look after the property and upon our return to the house we became aware that a number of our possessions were missing including a tv ,shark vacuum cleaner ,Alexa's  and other items. They are denying any responsibility for the missing possessions, What should I do  next

    They’ll have a report from whoever did the eviction, which should include details/photos of any items in the property (and what they did with them). They will usually (though not always) clear the property in readiness for marketing.
