CCJ due to 'unprocessed documents'

I emailed my defence to CNBC back in July and received an automated response.
The case is a G24 PCN from October 2019. Sols are DCB Legal.
Having not heard from G24/DCBL since my defence was submitted in July I was hopeful that they had discontinued.
However, I've now received a CCJ because my defence was never processed...the CNBC acknowledge it was their mistake.
They will reverse the CCJ, but couldn't give a timescale.
Nor were they able to say what will happen regarding my case given that the 6 year rule for pursing the PCN has now passed.
Is it just another waiting game while the CNBC do their thing?
Advice/info appreciated.

Yes, they will reverse it by setting the CCJ aside, then it will proceed in the usual manner, as seen in other similar cases where this happened, so will follow the 8 steps
The 6 year rule is irrelevant, because they issued the claim before the deadline2 -
Thank you for clarifying.0

The error will be put right this month - within days - and then you are back on the usual first 8 steps in the Template Defence Thread.Zowiezebra said:Thank you for clarifying.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
