Transfer out from Aegon Retirement Choices to II

I want to transfer my pension from ARC to II.
I already did a partial transfer about a year ago, and at that time ARC was available as an specific option on the II selection screens.
However that option has disappeared and now the options are:
Aegon Investment Solutions Ltd
Aegon cofunds
Aegon
Aegon Scottish Equitable
Aegon Target Plan
My account number is a 8 digit number beginning with 7.
Any idea which one to select?

Aegon Cofunds is the old Cofunds platform. Aegon Target plan is the old BlackRock workplace pensions.
I believe the other three are all the same thing now. i.e. they all end up under the same details (under Sunderland).
