Does VeryPay have a contact email?

Hi there, I'm currently in the process of paying off all my debts and one of the only ones that I need to contact is VeryPay. I have around £600 on a store card, half of which is "buy now pay later" which I intend on paying next week.

All the contacts I can find for Very appear to be via mobile, which as an autistic person is INCREDIBLY difficult to do. If they have a contact email that anyone knows of I'd be incredibly appreciative. I would like to make them aware that I can only pay when I get paid, and if possible to get my payment due date changed, since I'm practically living pay cheque to pay cheque to get these debts paid off ASAP.

I've learned my lessons on store cards and credit accounts now, and am scheduled to be completely debt free in around 7 months!

    Try : queries@very.co.uk

    or write to them:

Very, Customer Excellence, Sandringham House, Sandringham Avenue, Chelmsford, CM92 1LH

its not that imperative to tell them that you`ll be paying late, you`ll likely get a £12 default sums charge anyway.

You can also send messages from the "your account" page.

  • Tried that email, got "Recipient inbox full".

Do you know where specifically I can send messages via my account page? There's a "My messages" tab but it only shows recieved messages regarding payments and nowhere to send one. The chat bot also only redirects me to a phone line.

They don`t make it easy do they, as said above, there won`t be any benefit to telling them your paying late, and you can`t change your payment due date, as their statement cycle runs every 28 days regardless of your own pay dates, and it can`t be changed.

All catalogue companies work on the same 28 day statement cycle.

Just pay when you can, its not the end of the world.

If you want to make a complaint, use jeff.tamblingson1@theverygroup.com (that is the address on the regulator's register for complaints.)
I would make a point of saying that as an autistic person, you find it hard to talk on the phone and that Very do not make it easy to use email which is your preferred method.
