Why won’t ikea deal with my verbal written and store visit complaint!?
20 k kitchen took 8 weeks to install . Left without water electric white goods sink or cooker - they simply will not respond other than “ we are assessing your case “ I complained in early Aug . Never spending a penny at this dreadful store again . Abdominal and absolutely no idea what customer service means .
